Police arrested seven people—four Hells Angels and three sailors. Two of the Hells Angels—Donald L. Reeves and Curis A. Hammond—were charged with disturbing the peace after trying to run down a San Pablo police sergeant while escaping the scene in a car. The pair were later arrested by Albany police.
