Delta Sigma Phi established a partnership with Phired Up Productions, a fraternity and sorority recruitment consulting company, to coach its New Chapter Development team. During the second decade of the 21st Century, the fraternity began to benefit from this partnership.

It was founded on November 7, 1907, at the School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance of New York University in New York, New York and is currently headquartered in Oxford, Ohio.
