The 5th district includes portions of northern Chicago, including Albany Park, Forest Glen, Lake View, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Norwood Park, North Center, North Park, O'Hare, and West Ridge. It also takes in the northwest Chicago suburbs, including Arlington Heights and Palatine.
