1 Jim Turner (born October 28, 1952) is an American actor and stand-up comedian . He is best known as Randee of the Redwoods on MTV and for his supporting roles as Kirby Carlisle in Arli$$ (1996–2002) and as Larry in Bewitched (2005).
In 1980, they released an LP titled Out of Season, and began performing short sketches on NPR's All Things Considered. The sketches became nationally popular, and three of the recurring characters – Dr. Science (Coffey), Ian Shoales (Kessler), and Randee of the Redwoods (Turner) – became better known than the group.
