Reaper is an American comedy television series that focuses on Sam Oliver, a "reaper" who works for the Devil by retrieving souls that have escaped from Hell.. The series ran from September 25, 2007, to May 26, 2009, airing on Tuesday nights at 8:00 p.m. Eastern/7:00 p.m. Central, on The CW.
The protagonist of the show, Sam Oliver (played by Bret Harrison) [1] [2] is a college dropout and all-around slacker who, thanks to a deal made by his parents in order to save his father's life, becomes a bounty hunter for the Devil when he turns 21. He dates his manager Andi.
Supernatural features many recurring guests that help Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester with their hunts and quests. Frequent returning characters include hunter Bobby Singer (who becomes a father figure to Sam and Dean after season two), Castiel (an angel), Crowley (a demon and the King of Hell), and Jack Kline (the Nephilim).
Besides coping with her new job, she must learn to deal with being young and starting out – and of course, being dead. George is introduced to her droll boss Rube and fellow reapers: Wisecracking Betty, moody British ex-musician Mason, and cynical meter maid Roxy, all of whom show her around her first few days on the job.
