The Cole Mansion and Baker House were built in the 1920s and are located at 1418 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix. The Cole family purchased the Baker house and in 1940 connected both houses with a building in between. The structure has been occupied by the SpaghettI Factory Restaurant since 1996.
