Rachel Leland Levine (/ l ə ˈ v iː n / lə-VEEN; born October 28, 1957) [1] is an American pediatrician who served as the United States assistant secretary for health, the admiral in charge of the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, from 2021 until 2025.
