   I may have missed one or two, however, every single one looks the same, has a square base, and several have labels "Fiber Optic" with "Cable" underneath that label. The FO label itself was label was pasted over the label "UNDERGROUND" and in some cases it has peeled and fallen off. They all have a 3 digit number.
