Sim Lim Square has six stories of shops, offering mainly electronic and IT products. Sim Lim Square (Chinese: 森林商業中心, Pinyin: Sēn Lín Shāngyè Zhōngxīn), commonly referred to as SLS, is a large retail complex in Singapore that offers a wide variety of electronic goods and services including cameras, phones, video cameras, and computer parts and servicing.
The station serves the retail developments of Sim Lim Square, Peace Centre and Albert Centre, alongside religious institutions such as Church – Our Lady of L'des, Kwang Im Tong Temple and Masjid Abdul Gafoor. It is within walking distance to the LASALLE College of the Arts. The station is also close to various hotels and residential developments.

Bugis MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the East–West (EWL) and Downtown (DTL) lines, in Bugis, Singapore.The station is located underneath the junction of Rochor Road and Victoria Street.
Opened in 1991, it is a five-storey mall with 961,281 square feet (89,305.9 m 2) of retail space. Besides retail stores, it also houses offices and warehouses for storage, which is advantageous in terms of cost efficiency to some retailers. [2] The mall has capacity for 235 retail outlets and 430 non-retail outlets.
Developed by Parco Holdings, Parco Bugis Junction was completed in July 1995 as a mixed development comprising a retail mall, an office tower and the InterContinental Singapore Hotel.
