Al Rigga or Al Riqqa (Arabic: الرقة) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in the heart of eastern Dubai in Deira , Al Rigga is a residential and commercial centre. Al Rigga is bordered by Al Sabkha, Al Muraqqabat and Naif and bounded to the south by Dubai Creek .

[15] The section from Al Furjan to Expo 2020 was opened on 1 June 2021, allowing the extension to be fully operational, as well as the transfer of the main Red Line route from UAE Exchange to Expo 2020.
As a result of its central location, nearby attractions and points of interest include numerous consulates, Dubai municipal government buildings, Al Ghurair City Mall and Maktoum Hospital.
