Westampton is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 9,121, [8] [9] an increase of 308 (+3.5%) from the 2010 census count of 8,813, [17] [18] which in turn reflected an increase of 1,596 (+22.1%) from the 7,217 counted in the 2000 census.
