Wish 107.5 Music Awards 2021 is the 6th edition of the Wish 107.5 Music Awards, an accolade presented by the FM radio station Wish 107.5 to acknowledge the biggest hit makers of the year in the Philippine music industry. The awards were held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and livestreamed simultaneously at the official YouTube channel of Wish 107.5.
The station was officially launched as 107.5 Wish FM through the "Wish Concert" [8] held on August 10, 2014, at the World Trade Center in Pasay. It officially signed on at 9:45 pm. Few months later, 107.5 Wish FM was rebranded as Wish 107.5 (pronounced as "one-oh-seven-five") on October 20, 2014. [ 9 ]

In 1994, NU 107 held its first NU Rock Awards, which honored the country's most distinguished rock artists every year. The NU Rock Awards was held annually until 2010.
