A group of teens discovers secret plans for a time machine, and construct one. However, things start to get out of control. Teenage David Raskin is a genius who dreams of attending MIT. He has a crush on Jessie Pierce but is too shy to date her.
In 2015, she was cast in the American found footage science fiction thriller film, Project Almanac (2015) as Christina Raskin. The movie was commercially successful at the box office and it also helped Gardner to establish herself in Hollywood.
The scene was supposedly removed, but it was still there when the movie aired on British TV in April 2018. Each cast member learned their lines in five days. There have been three different titles for this movie: "Almanac", "Project Almanac", and "Welcome to Yesterday".

Told using the found footage style of filmmaking, Project Almanac is never going to come together logically, but that doesn't stop it from being a harmless little time travel feature that does tend to wear thin and overstay its welcome once things begin to fall apart for the group of five teens.
