Apparently, unless the Vizio specs are wrong, that TV does not have an HDMI ARC audio return channel output. It has HDMI, but not ARC. You will need to connect the sound using an optical cable or auxillary jack.
Solution. #2. It is not the power supply. It is the inverter boards on either side if the unit behind the cover. But the inverter boards really are not the problem. It is the four capacitors that are on them. It is a cheap fix. You can go to radio shack and buy them for like 1.50 a piece.

If tv1 doesnt work when installed where tv2 was then the tv is bad since we already know tv2's hdmi cable was fine. Test the tv1's hdmi cable with tv2 attached to verify that is fine. If tv1 is bad call vizio again. 0.

I keep trying to figure out if its something simple and have unplugged it, restarted the tv, signed out and back into amazon; nothing.
