Troy Brandon Murphy (born May 2, 1980) is an American former professional basketball player who played twelve seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Murphy was born in Morristown, New Jersey but grew up in Sparta Township. [1] He attended the Delbarton School and the University of Notre Dame, both of which are Roman Catholic schools.
