Hector "Buddy" Avanceña Zabala (born November 13, 1971) is a Filipino musician and producer. He is currently the bassist of Filipino pop band Moonstar88 , and widely known as the bassist and backing vocalist of the alternative rock band the Eraserheads .
Moonstar88 was formed in February 1999. [1] They were signed to Sony BMG by 2006, and later to Ivory Records in 2012. [2] Previously under Backbeat Management, [3] they are now with Soupstar Management under Darwin Hernandez which also handles other bands including Sandwich, Callalily, 6cyclemind, Pedicab.
