Breitbach's Country Dining is a casual dining restaurant and bar located in the town of Balltown in Dubuque County, Iowa, United States. Breitbach's is the oldest continuously operating restaurant and bar in the state of Iowa, having been open since August 23, 1852. The establishment has been owned and operated by the Breitbach family since 1862.
At one time the street featured a streetcar route and it was a significant farm-to-market route and a gateway into the city from the north. The period of significance for the district covers the years 1856 to 1919, but its historic commercial development occurred during the 1870s and 1880s.

He gained notoriety in the restaurant industry in 2008, when two of the company's concepts: Mitchell's/Columbus Fish Market and Mitchell's/Cameron's Steakhouse—a total of 22 units—sold to Ruth's Hospitality Group for $92 million.
