The Fair Expo Center is a convention center located in the neighborhood of University Park in an unincorporated area of western Miami-Dade County, Florida, adjacent to the campus of Florida International University. It has been built in stages since 1952.
In recognition of the gift, the former Carnival Center for the Performing Arts was renamed The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, or the Arsht Center for short.
