Valley View High School is a public high school in Germantown, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Valley View Local School District. Its athletic teams are called The Spartans. The first class to graduate after the consolidation was the class of 1969. The new high school was completed some time after that initial graduation.
The Ohio Valley Athletic Conference is a high school sports league in parts of southeastern Ohio and northern West Virginia. The OVAC is the largest conference of its kind in the United States. Brandon Elementary School was the start of the district in 1916. Additions were made in the 1930s and in 1987. In 2003, Robert Bennis Elementary School opened to serve students in the southern half of Brandon. Fred Assam Elementary opened in 2009 to relieve pressure on the two elementary Schools in Brandon.
