The Ohio State Buckeyes women's volleyball is one of the 19 women's varsity teams at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. The Buckeyes are part of the Big Ten Conference . The team has been coached by Jen Flynn Oldenburg since 2020.
Before getting into coaching, Flynn Oldenburg was a four-year starter on the Ohio State University women's volleyball team. Additionally, she was a member of the United States women's national volleyball team. She played at the 2002 FIVB World championship, [2] where team USA won a silver medal.
She was a two-year member of the USA Junior National Team, including the 2004 squad that won the NORCECA gold medal in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and was a member of the 2003 USA Youth National Team. She played club volleyball for Team Atlantis Volleyball Club and holds the Ohio state record for kills. [4]
