Red Leaves" is a short story by American author William Faulkner. First published in the Saturday Evening Post on October 25, 1930, [ 1 ] it was one of Faulkner's first stories to appear in a national magazine. [ 2 ]
A film version of one of his books, Evidence of Blood, was released in 1997. [3] Six of his novels have been nominated for awards, including Red Leaves in 2006, which was also shortlisted for the Crime Writers' Association's Duncan Lawrie Dagger and the Anthony Award, and went on to win the Barry Award and the Martin Beck Award.
House of Leaves is the debut novel by American author Mark Z. Danielewski, published in March 2000 by Pantheon Books. A bestseller, it has been translated into a number of languages, and is followed by a companion piece, The Whalestoe Letters .
