    The author appears to be talking about secondary fibromyalgia (as opposed to primary fibromyalgia), which is fine, but it should be somehow noted there to distinguish it from primary fibromyalgia since normally when people talk about "fibromyalgia" they mean primary fibromyalgia and not simply the symptoms of other known diseases.
