Westfield is a village in Marquette County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,254 at the 2010 census. The village is located mostly within the Town of Westfield. A small portion extends east into the adjacent Town of Harris. The Marquette County fairgrounds is located within the village limits on the south side.
In the town, the population was spread out, with 21.6% under the age of 18, 4.4% from 18 to 24, 27.3% from 25 to 44, 25.7% from 45 to 64, and 21.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 43 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.7 males.
The population density was 17.1 people per square mile (6.6/km 2). There were 216 housing units at an average density of 6.0 per square mile (2.3/km 2). The racial makeup of the town was 99.18% White, 0.65% from other races, and 0.16% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.95% of the population.

Crockett determined to move to the west in 1856 to seek better opportunities. He arrived in Wisconsin in May 1856, and settled at Westfield, in Marquette County, where he resumed his work as a merchant tailor. [1] He switched to a general merchandise trade in 1859, opening the first general store in Westfield.
