The 57th Assembly district of the Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. [1] Located in central Wisconsin, the district comprises nearly all of Waushara County and most of the southern half of Waupaca County, along with parts of western Winnebago County, southwest Outagamie County, southeast Portage County, and eastern Adams County.

Waupaca (/ w ə ˈ p æ k ə / ⓘ wə-PAK-ə) [3] is a city in and the county seat of Waupaca County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 6,282 at the 2020 census. [2] The city is located mostly within the Town of Waupaca, and it is politically independent of the town.
The county with the least population is Menominee County with 4,226 residents; the Menominee Indian Reservation is co-extensive with the county. [2] Pepin County is the smallest in area, with 231.98 square miles (600.8 km 2 ); Marathon is the largest, having 1,544.91 square miles (4,001.3 km 2 ).
