Sadao-Padang Besar Highway (Highway 4054, Thai: ทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 4054) is a major secondary highway in Songkhla Province of Thailand. The highway also goes to the Malaysia-Thailand border and it becomes Malaysia Federal Route 7 .
The maritime boundary runs between the India-Indonesia-Thailand tripoint in the north, and the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand tripoint in the south. The border was delimited through four agreements, with two involving third parties India and Malaysia as they determined trijunction points with those countries.
The border crossing into Thailand is located about 4 km north of Wang Kelian village. Padang Besar, where Perlis' main border crossing into Thailand is located, is 20 km away while Kangar, the state capital, is 33 km to the south. At the border crossing, Road R15 connects to Route 4184 which joins Route 406, the main road to Satun town.
