The 2025 SMU Mustangs football team will represent Southern Methodist University (SMU) as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They are led by Rhett Lashlee in his fourth year as head coach. The Mustangs will play their home games at Gerald J. Ford Stadium in University Park, Texas.
