Building formerly on the corner of Town and High Streets, c. 1898-1909. F&R Lazarus & Company was founded nearby in 1851, possibly between Rich and Mound Streets. By 1858 it moved to the Parsons Building, at the southwest corner of Town and High streets. [2]

A decade later, on December 30, 2009, the chapter moved its offices to much larger quarters at 380 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. This building is a former automobile dealership (Byers Chrysler-Plymouth), and housed the first home of the Center for Architecture and Design.
Nationwide outgrew its 246 North High Street Building by the 1970s and work began on a new headquarters for the company. In 1977, the 485 ft-tall (148 m) building was completed. The building is located at the corner of N. High Street and what is now Nationwide Blvd. on the northern edge of downtown Columbus, Ohio.

The Borden Building is a 438 ft (134m) tall skyscraper located at 180 East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio, United States. It was topped out on May 9, 1973, and completed the next year. Harrison & Abramovitz designed the building following a modernist architectural style. The building has 34 floors and is the 9th tallest in Columbus.
