Asylum is the fifth studio album by American heavy metal band Disturbed. It was released on August 31, 2010, in the United States through Reprise Records . [ 1 ] The album is meant to take a fresh direction in the band's music career, while remaining consistent with the band's previous albums.
In March 2002, Disturbed released the documentary M.O.L., which showed some of the band's more personal moments in the studio and during tours, and featured several music videos and live performances. M.O.L. was later certified platinum by ARIA. [7] Disturbed then released their second studio album, Believe, in September 2002.
