The Leone, Florentine, and Carpathia Apartment Buildings are located at 832 and 834 South 24 Street and 907-911 South 25 Street in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. Built in 1909, the buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Located in the formerly affluent and prosperous mixed-use neighborhood west of downtown Omaha, the Drake Court Apartments and the Dartmore Apartments were built between 1916-1921 by William B. Drake, a prolific builder who held more than four million dollars' worth of apartments throughout Omaha in 1925.
The City of Florence was annexed by Omaha in 1917. Hayes was a historic town located two miles from Bennington that evaporated in the 1870s, when the railroad failed to come to the town. Millard is a broad area of southwest Omaha, originally a separate city and annexed in 1971. The original town site is near 132nd and Q Streets.
There is also a one-story apartment, a two-story residence, and a garage/apartment, built between 1910 and 1920. According to the City of Omaha, the complex is the state's earliest known example of an integrated grouping of related apartment buildings. It is arranged around a central courtyard and includes a concrete fountain and benches.

The Ansonia Apartments, located at 2221-23 Jones Street in the Midtown area of Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1929 in a period Revival/ Arts and Crafts style, the buildings were designated an Omaha Landmark on March 27, 1984.
