Caerphilly County Borough Council (Welsh: Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili) is the governing body for Caerphilly County Borough, one of the principal areas of Wales. The last full council elections took place 5 May 2022 .
Caerphilly County Borough (Welsh: Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili) is a county borough in the south-east of Wales. It is governed by Caerphilly County Borough Council. Its main and largest town is Caerphilly. Other towns in the county borough are, Risca, Ystrad Mynach, Newbridge, Blackwood, Bargoed, New Tredegar and Rhymney.
There are 27 communities in Caerphilly County Borough, with Newbridge being the largest and Gelligaer the most populated. 18 of them have a community council, with four calling themselves town councils in Bargoed, Blackwood, Caerphilly and Risca West.

Section 91 and Schedule 15 amend the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 to allow deductions to be made on the basis of a fixed rate, similar to the scheme already used for Council Tax arrears. Lansbury Park is a residential suburb of the town of Caerphilly in Wales. The estate was built as council housing (by housebuilders and civil contractors the John Laing Group) in the 1960s on former farmland. The first two housing courts were officially opened by Ness Edwards, the local MP, in 1965. [1]

The company was later devolved to making inks etc., and closed in the late 1990s. The site was undergoing planning permission to become a housing estate but this was rejected by Caerphilly Borough County Council in 2019. As at 2021 no planning application exists.
