Easy schools to get into are usually private pharmacy schools without a big name. If you wanted easier schools, I would consider Howard, Chicago State University, California Northstate, MidWestern, LECOM. The last two are pretty established but they take a lot of people from out of state, so many seem to apply.
Apr 28, 2015. #4. 2.9 GPA is fine. just get better score in PCAT, and do some volunteer & work at pharmacy. Oct 3, 2015. #5. Keck, Chapman, California Northstate, Marshall are all easy pharmacy schools to get accepted to. Oct 3, 2015. #6. This seems like a terrible way to go about it.
In your opinion, what are the easiest Pharmacy schools to get into? I did a search and found that this topic has come up in the past, but there are no recent posts which discuss the this. I've decided to resurrect this topic to find information which is more relevant for those applying in 2009.
Does anyone know what the easiest pharm school to get into is? I'm already in college and looking to apply for the professional phamarcy program. I already took all the required courses in my college already. I'm willing to go anywhere in the U.S. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
Thanks. #9. you could try Findlay Pharmacy School in Ohio. I heard it's pretty easy to get into. www.findlay.edu. Jan 3, 2007. #10. phamj said: you could try Findlay Pharmacy School in Ohio.
Also, if you have a state school and they prefer residents, then it'd be a good idea to apply there. Dec 13, 2013. #5. From my experience, none. Dec 13, 2013. #6. I heard NYU is one of the easiest to get in. With my DAT (in sig) and 3.2 overall I got (interviewed then) rejected. So maybe it isnt so easy to get into..
Schools take all of that under consideration. There are things that can happen that affect our performance at school that are out of our control, and I think that this is the reason for the minimum GPA of 2.5. However, I agree with you that it will be very difficult to get into some top schools with such low GPA; difficult, but not impossible.
I am interested in UCSD Skaggs, and the PharmCAS directory show they filled 68 of the maximum of 70 seats for the last entering class. I assume this was for the class starting fall 2023. They wish to fill 65-70 seats. I wonder if they really would stop at 68 seats and not accept 2 more students...
From easiest to hardest in terms of admissions I would put them in these groups.... -Touro (3.3 GPA avg)/California Northstate (3.2 GPA average) -UOP (putting this higher than the next two because they seem to accept a lot of people early in the cycle though in the end it probably evens out) (~3.4 GPA average)
Which schools are the easiest to get into? Or, which schools do not have many applicants to their programs (in relation to other schools)? Does anyone know if there is a state school in a rural state that will be willing to accept an out of state resident?
