All Saints School was opened in 1913 and the two sacristies in the church were used as classrooms. A small two room school building was built by the people of the parish and was finished in 1914. This school was operated by the Dominican Sisters, who commuted from St. Agnes Academy located on Fannin Street.
All Saints had a congregation of 200 families in 1896. The Parish was closed in 1936. The All Saints Catholic Church name was taken to a new parish, which was organized in 1948, north of Cincinnati at 8939 Montgomery Road in Kenwood, Ohio. In 2007, the main church underwent a major renovation, the first changes to the church since opening in 1954.
The school's enrollment in its early years reached almost 2,000 students, mostly girls. Within the parish, the Sisters also operated All Saints Academy, which taught 120 high school students, and the Brothers operated All Hallows Collegiate Institute for boys.
All Saints Catholic College was formed as a Comprehensive school in 1973 with the merger of St. Gregory's RC Grammar school and St. Augustine's RC Secondary Modern school, which had previously existed on the same site. In 2006, it achieved specialist Humanities College status.
