A group of white lions attack Taka's mother Queen Eshe, and Mufasa defends her, killing one. Taka is berated by his father for retreating and not fighting during the attack, unlike Mufasa. With news of the white lions returning for revenge, Obasi urges Taka and Mufasa to leave and find a new home to continue the dynasty through Taka.
