Resham Firiri (Nepali: रेशम फिरिरि) is a traditional Nepali folk song, composed by Buddhi Pariyar and originally performed by Sunder Shrestha and Dwarika Lal Joshi in 1969. Due to sudden rise in popularity, it became one of the most widely known and performed songs in Nepal.
He worked as a music director (Sangeet Nirdeshak, 7th Grade Staff) in Radio Nepal. He sang more than 150 folk songs and directed more than 200 songs. He was the first person to publish music books of lyrics and chords in Nepal and considered as chief contributor to teach music to the aspiring Nepali musicians.
