I call it the gigasecond bug. "Billennium" is not a word as far as I am concerned. -phma. Agreed here. The sources make no mention of the name billenium. There is no source for the name billenium which refers to this event. It seems to be the name of a science fiction novel. The name of the page needs to be changed.
