5 Astraea (/ æ ˈ s t r iː ə /) is an asteroid in the asteroid belt. This object is orbiting the Sun at a distance of 385 million kilometres (2.5735 AU) with a period of 4.13 yr and an orbital eccentricity of 0.19. The orbital plane is inclined at an angle of 5.37° to the plane of the ecliptic. It is spinning with a period of 16.8 h.
2001 YB 5 is a sub-kilometer asteroid, classified as near-Earth object and potentially hazardous asteroid of the Apollo group. It passed at a nominal distance of 0.0043767 AU (654,750 km; 406,840 mi) from the Moon and 0.0055633 AU (832,260 km; 517,140 mi) from Earth on 7 January 2002.
Free 3.0 is the least and Free 7.0 (discontinued) is the most cushioned model so far. [2] Footwear impression and the outsole from a piece of footwear. Nike started the Free series with the Free 5.0 in 2005 and in 2006 released a new version of the shoe, the Nike Free 5.0 V2, that addressed some durability issues.
Nominal orbit of 2001 WN 5 (green line) passing the Earth–Moon system in June 2028. It was discovered by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at Anderson Mesa Station on 20 November 2001, [4] The potentially hazardous asteroid was removed from the Sentry Risk Table on 30 January 2002.
The object orbits the Sun but makes slow close approaches to the Earth–Moon system. Between 29 September (19:54 UTC) and 25 November 2024 (16:43 UTC) (a period of 1 month and 27 days) [4] it passed just outside Earth's Hill sphere (roughly 0.01 AU [1.5 million km; 0.93 million mi]) at a low relative velocity (in the range 0.002 km/s (4.5 mph) – 0.439 km/s [980 mph]) and became temporarily ...
(614689) 2020 XL 5 (provisional designation 2020 XL 5) is a near-Earth asteroid and Earth trojan discovered by the Pan-STARRS 1 survey at Haleakala Observatory, Hawaii on 12 December 2020. It oscillates around the Sun – Earth L 4 Lagrangian point (leading 60°), one of the dynamically stable locations where the combined gravitational force ...
An asteroid called 2020 CD3 was bound to Earth for several years before leaving the planet's orbit in 2020 and another called 2022 NX1 became a mini-moon of Earth in 1981 and 2022 and will return ...
Many TNOs are often just assumed to have Pluto's density of 2.0 g/cm 3, but it is just as likely that they have a comet-like density of only 0.5 g/cm 3. [ 4 ] For example, if a TNO is incorrectly assumed to have a mass of 3.59 × 10 20 kg based on a radius of 350 km with a density of 2 g/cm 3 but is later discovered to have a radius of only 175 ...
