Camp White Pine is a traditional Summer camp for boys and girls aged 7 to 16, located in Haliburton, Ontario. The camp was built in 1956 on the site of the old Highland Lodge. Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base is an Ohio Air National Guard installation at Rickenbacker International Airport near Lockbourne in southern Franklin County.The base was named for the famous early aviator and Columbus native Eddie Rickenbacker.

The 86th Ohio Infantry was reorganized at Camp Cleveland near Cleveland, Ohio, on July 17, 1863, and mustered in for six months service under the command of Colonel Wilson C. Lemert.
