Stockton University is a public university in Galloway Township, New Jersey. It is part of New Jersey's public system of higher education. It is named for Richard Stockton, one of the New Jersey signers of the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Founded in 1969, Stockton accepted its charter class in 1971.

I agree with your assessment. This is a student discipline issue that is minor in the grand scheme of the history of Stockton University. Just because it went somewhat "viral" doesn't make it vital to the university's history. only 14:24, 13 August 2020 (UTC) I'm not sure how any of the articles are what you call "ridiculous."
