After Yves Saint Laurent died in 2008 his ashes were scattered in the Majorelle Garden. [7] Since 2010, the property has been owned by the Foundation Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent, a French not-for-profit organisation and since 2011 has been managed by the Foundation Jardin Majorelle, a recognized non-profit organization in Marrakech.
