The name McViper is a pun on the word viper, a type of venomous snake. All of The McVipers' names have references to snakes, except for Haggis, which is a Scottish dish. Snake is obviously not related to the rest of The McViper Clan. He just has the same last name as the rest of them, since he happens to be a pig and the rest of them are dogs.
