Christian Andrew Ponder (born February 25, 1988) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Florida State Seminoles , and was selected by the Minnesota Vikings with the 12th overall pick in the 2011 NFL draft .
