The Clothes Show is a British television show about fashion that was broadcast on BBC One from 1986 to 1998, and from 2006 to 2009 on UKTV Style and Really. [2] [3] [4] At its height, The Clothes Show had around 9 million viewers every Sunday night. It also spawned a live event that outlived the TV show until 2017.
Hollyoaks star Roxanne McKee was the face of this year's Clothes Show Live [4] and was joined by various fellow Hollyoaks stars. The show's success in often gaining over 10 million viewers, [5] led in 1989 to the first "Clothes Show Live" event at the NEC Birmingham, as well as the launch of the Clothes Show magazine.
