Jay Penske is an American entrepreneur, media and publishing proprietor, live events owner, philanthropist, and real estate investor. He is known for building and developing one the world’s largest media and live events companies, Penske Media Corporation , which he created in 2004.
DS Penske was founded in 2007 as Dragon Racing by Americans Jay Penske and Stephen J. Luczo. The team competed in the IndyCar Series from 2007 until 2014, and in 2014 Dragon Racing became one of the founding Formula E teams.
