Isles of Capri is an island community located in unincorporated Collier County, Florida. The isles are a grouping of four mangrove islands that were developed and connected in the 1950s. [1] The isles are connected by Capri Boulevard, and can be accessed from nearby SR 951 (Collier Boulevard). Isles of Capri is located just north of Marco Island.
With an elevation of only three feet, the Great Gale of 1848 carved out John's Pass on the island's north end and split off two smaller islands, called the Isle of Palms and Isle of Capri. Treasure Island saw a surge in residential and hotel construction following World War II through the 1950s.

Dog Key Island (also known as the Isle of Caprice) is a former barrier island on the Gulf Coast of the United States, between Ship Island and Horn Island among the Mississippi–Alabama barrier islands, and off Biloxi, Mississippi.
It intersects CR 952 (Capri Boulevard), the main road to Isles of Capri and Mainsail Drive, which provides access to Marco Island Airport. Further north, the road passes by some newer housing and country club developments and expands to six lanes before it intersects with US 41 ( Tamiami Trail ).
Eventually, Harrah's sold the original property to Isle of Capri Casinos, who operated it as "Isle of Capri Tunica" for a short time before closing it. With the sale of Caesars to Harrah's in 2004, the combined companies were forced to sell two properties to avoid owning five of the nine casinos in the Tunica market.
