Air Chathams ATR72-500. Air Chathams Limited is an airline based in the Chatham Islands, New Zealand. [3] It was established in 1984 and operates scheduled passenger services between the Chatham Islands and mainland New Zealand along with routes between Auckland and Whakatāne, Auckland and Kapiti Coast and Auckland and Whanganui.
For the 12-month period ending December 31, 2015 [2] the airport averaged 55 aircraft operations per day: 57% local general aviation, 40% transient general aviation, 2% air taxi and <1% military. There are 37 aircraft based at this airport: 34 single engine, 2 multi-engine and 1 helicopter.
Canadian Forces Base Chatham or CFB Chatham was a Canadian Forces Base located immediately south of the town of Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada. Parts are now operating as Miramichi Municipal Airport since 1974 with a partial runway available (09/27 - asphalt).

On 1 March 1949, Chatham Air Force Base, located eight miles (13 km) northwest of Savannah, was reopened by the United States Air Force Strategic Air Command. The 2d Bombardment Group was reassigned from Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona to Chatham, with the B-50 Superfortress. The limited facilities at Chatham made the base unfit for permanent use.
