This is a style guide for those who edit television-related articles under Wikipedia:WikiProject Television.Remember that Wikipedia is foremost an encyclopedia and that articles therefore should try to be prosaic instead of lists of arbitrary information pulled out of IMDb or other such user-contributed sources.

When editing in the visual mode, write the section name and use the "Paragraph" button in the toolbar to select the heading or sub-heading style you want to apply to it. To see how the page looks with your changes, press the "Show preview" button. To see the differences between the page with your edits and the previous version of the page, press the "Show changes" button. As a rule do not create categories for "People by series", because they can potentially work on numerous series or movies etc.You should categorize by profession.
