Hart House is a historic First Period colonial house at 51 Linebrook Road in Ipswich, Massachusetts. A dendrochronology survey in 2007 proved that the earliest portion of the "Hart" house dates to 1680 when it was built by a newly married Samuel Hart, a tanner.

Waldo-Caldwell House — Ipswich c.1660 John Caldwell bought a house with land from Cornelious Waldo in 1654. The original structure was taken down in favor of the current structure that dates to c. 1660. This latter house was built from the first as a two-over-two room central chimney plan structure.

The Hart House is a historic First Period house in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. The two story, three bay wood-frame house was built in stages. The oldest portion is the front of the house, consisting of two stories of rooms on either side of a central chimney. It was probably built by John Hiram Perkins, the owner of the property from 1695 to 1719.
