I have 7 email accounts, and I wish to retain access to all of them. I am using the Comcast web-mail client for computer to access all my email. When I log into email for username A, I can also interact with the email for username B and username C.
Later that day, I tried downloading the app and I couldn't link the accounts on the app either. On Monday, 9/25/23, I again tried multiple times to use the website to link the accounts to no avail. I tried the chat function. After about 10 minutes, it said that I was "connected to an agent" but there was no agent.

Changed my main password and at the same time both of the sub accounts to same password on Xfinity. Then went to Google passwords and changed all of them where saved. Closed Google and my browser after signing out of xfinity and then reopened and signed on to xfinity with new password. Opened email and everything updated straight away.

I can still access my xfinity email accounts via browser, but access from both Outlook on my desktop and from my iPhone email app stopped working last night around 1am eastern (at least that was last email my iphone received). Clearly my account is still active otherwise browser access would fail.
