State Route 91 (SR 91) is a 38.161-mile-long (61.414 km) state highway located entirely within Cullman County in the northern part of the U.S. state of Alabama. The southern terminus of the highway is at an intersection with SR 69 in Wilburn, a small unincorporated community in the southwestern part of the county that is also known as Bug Tussle.
SR 157 begins at a 4-way stop with US 278. South of the 4-way stop, the road continues as Cullman County Road 719. Throughout North Cullman, SR 157 is oriented in an east-to-west trajectory, passing by a large Buick/GMC dealership at its junction with U.S. 31, then past several restaurants, and ultimately reaching I-65.
North of Jasper, SR 69 resumes its northeastward trajectory as it heads towards Cullman. South of Cullman, the highway has an interchange with I-65 and shares a 5-mile-long (8.0 km) concurrency with the interstate highway. SR 69 is one of only tHree signed state highways that is concurrent with a stretch of interstate highway in Alabama.
