How can I remotely log out a mobile device from streaming app? I have reset my email address and password for account but that didn't help. Unfortunately, Xfinity says there is nothing that can be done.
I got a big credit for the loss of service and hassle of trying to get status. The phone number for technical support is 800-266-2278. Do not call the Xfinity main number or online assistant. You will get a credit only if you ask for it. Of course, Xfinity is not disclosing this situation to its customers.
